Parking
If you are coming by car, you can leave it at the public park Saba Cardosas. We have a partnership with this park for our guests: Rates: 24 Hours low season – €26.20 / 24 Hours high season – €29.60.
In order to have access to this special rate, please present the invoice of the park in the hotel after check-out. The parking lot is an external entity, it does not belong to the hotel.

Early arrivals
If you arrive before 03:00 pm and the room is not available, don’t worry! Our reception will store your luggage in an appropriate place. Please let us know which type of bed you prefer (double/twin) and we will try to match your preference. If you need to enter the room earlier, please contact us upon availability. Extra costs may be added.
Check-out
Until 12:00 pm. If you wish a late check-out you must contact the reception, subject to the hotel’s availability and additional cost.

- Whenever you use the bathroom, evaluate the need to completely flush the toilet
- Do not dispose of non-physiological waste in the toilet (minimizes flushing of toilets and reduces the possibility of clogging the sewer system)
- If you consider your towel clean, don’t put it on the floor; If you place it on the ground, it indicates that you want to replace it
- Brush your teeth with the faucet turned off
- Whenever possible, replace the immersion bath with a quick shower, ideally turning off the tap while soaping
- If you find a leak or leaky faucet, please inform the receptionist
- Do not leave equipment turned on unnecessarily
- Do not leave the cards (key) in the power switches of the occupied rooms (minimizes risks and energy)
- Don’t turn on lights you don’t need
- Close the bedroom window whenever the air conditioning is on
In summer, close the blackout whenever you leave the room to reduce the entry of sunlight leading to an increase in the interior temperature; in winter keep it open to increase sunlight - When leaving the room, remove the card from the lighting system at the entrance to the room in order to turn off the air conditioning
- Whenever you consider your towels clean and ready for reuse, do not place them on the floor (minimizes the use of washing machines)
- If you find any faulty equipment or other anomaly, please inform the receptionist
- Whenever possible, try to use the stairs
- Take quick showers, with warm water and low pressure
- Do not touch cutlery that you do not intend to use
- Do not put clothes that are not dirty in the wash
- Try not to produce garbage
- Use the ecopoints located in public areas
- Put the garbage in the bucket and not in the toilet
- Do not use toilet paper or towels to clean your shoes (for this purpose you will find a shoe cleaning cloth in your room)
- If you have discharged batteries, do not put them in the trash, but on top of the desk (the employee will take care of putting them in the battery)
- If you do not need our amenities, do not open the packages
