If you arrive before 4:00 PM and your room is not ready, don’t worry!
Our reception will store your luggage in a secure location.

The nearest public parking is Ponte Luíz I, a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Does Porto River Soul Hotel have a swimming pool?
No, the outdoor swimming pool will disappear in 2026 to make way for a renewed lounge area on the terrace, thus providing better experiences in the outdoor space. A larger area to relax, enjoy a glass of Port Wine, and take in the beautiful views of the Douro River and Porto.

To celebrate love, we suggest our Love Story experience, which includes a special gift: a “Lenço dos Namorados” from the Minho region.
Did you know that the Lenço dos Namorados is part of a centuries-old tradition dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries? These scarves were hand-embroidered by young women in love, expressing their romantic feelings for their beloved. Made of linen fabric and hand-embroidered with cotton thread, the spelling “mistakes” are an integral part of the tradition and cultural heritage of the Minho region.
